The following are rules applicable to Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter). Grand Seiko Corporation of America (“GSA”) reserves the right to amend or revise these Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) Club rules at any time by posting of revised Grand Seiko GS9 Club Rules on https://gs9club.wpengine.com/.
The Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) is a membership only club that is available to eligible Grand Seiko watch owners who sign up to become members of the Grand Seiko GS9 Club, USA Chapter.
To be eligible you must have purchased, on or after March 23, 2017, a new Grand Seiko watch (an “Eligible Grand Seiko Watch”) from an authorized Grand Seiko Boutique, Salon, or Mastershop store located in the United States (“Authorized Retailer”). A list of the Grand Seiko authorized Grand Seiko Boutique, Salon, and Mastershop stores is available on https://shop.grandseikogs9club.com/pages/our-stores.
As part of registration on the Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter), you will need to upload a photo of your Eligible Grand Seiko Watch and a copy of your sales receipt and/or completed warranty card from an Authorized Retailer that includes your watches matching serial number, date of purchase and valid store stamp and name.
Grand Seiko reserves the right to refuse membership in the Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) to any person in its sole discretion (for any reasons or for no reason).
Images of Grand Seiko watches uploaded on the Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) site must be tactful and appropriate images that include your Grand Seiko watch. Inappropriate images are not permitted.
Gift items provided to Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) Club members are for personal use and not for resale and, as a result, should not be sold or offered for sale.
Login information is personal to a member and should not be shared with any other person.
Exclusive content available only to Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) members should not be shared with any non-members, whether by providing the images or cut and pasting the text of such content onto other websites without Grand Seiko Corporation of America’s prior express written consent).
Purchases from the Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) website will be delivered only to an address located within the United States. Likewise, free gift provided to Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) members will only be shipped to a location within the United States.
Grand Seiko GS9 Club has or may have GS9 Clubs based in other countries outside of the United States. Membership in the Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) (for US members only) does not afford the Grand Seiko GS9 Club member with any rights or membership in any Grand Seiko GS9 Club for residents of any other countries.
Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) will not ship Grand Seiko merchandise outside of the United States.
Violation of these Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) Club Rules may result in suspension or termination of your rights and privileges as a Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) member, in Grand Seiko Corporation of America’s sole discretion.
Grand Seiko Corporation of America reserves the right to terminate the Grand Seiko GS9 Club (USA Chapter) at any time and for any reason.
